Basis for claim: An overriding legitimate interest may be assumed in particular if you have a protected interest in enforcing your rights in court, specifically to remedy an infringement of your rights and obligations, and you require the personal data of a holder of a domain name to enforce your rights in court proceedings. This may be the case, for example, if a domain name or the content of a website infringes on your trademark rights, company rights, copyright, or personality rights.
